This morning i was crawling along the M1 at 10 m.p.h, so naturally i was running late. Due to unforeseen circumstances i just couldn't catch up. I took it all in my stride and didn't stress.
That in itself is amazing but, more important to me is .... i didn't use the spray!!!!!
I had visions of this being my new crutch and dreading the day i had to stop using it.
Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day so I'm going to see if i can refrain from using it again until i finish work.

Well done LM. that is another first under your belt. Smoking in the car was one of the things I did, especially when I was stuck in traffic and only when I was on my own of course. So not even using your spray in that situation was fantastic. Keep up the good work, you are doing really well.
If you feel that you are ready to stop using, or cut down on the use of your spray, then the only thing that I would advise is that you make sure you always carry it on you. At least if you do get a sudden craving that you find hard to deal with then at least you have your spray to fall back on. It's much safer and less addictive than cigarettes are. However, if you don't have it on you, it will be much easier for you to go and buy cigarettes :-X
Remember that you have the choice on which route you take
Thank you. I have to agree, without the spray i would panic. Thankfully i have no desire to smoke and i have only used the spray twice today. Like everyone else, i am taking one day at a time. I don't even think about smoking so i guess i chose the right time to quit.
I find the spray really suits me. My friend just can't get on with it and prefers the imitation cigarette with the capsules. At the end of the day, as long as we don't reach for the real thing, it's all good. Having other people to chat to helps tremendously.
