Hi Sandra and welcome😊 Great that you have got your first week over with.... That's one of the hardest😊👍

I gave up with patches this time and so far so good.

Make sure you use a different side and location for the patch, always carry a spare and try taking it off about 30 minutes before bed to reduce the weird dreams 😊

You might want to think about an additional NRT product like the gum or spray when you are having a difficult day or craving 😊

Have a good mooch around the site especially the pinned posts and if you need anything then just holler. We are a friendly group and have all been where you are😊

We say NOPE.... Not One Puff Ever 🚭🚭

Good luck with your quit and keep this site nice and close and we will support you 😊😊👍👍🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

I am amazed i have made it this far. I have my back up of lozenges if i need them but as crazy as it sounds i haven't needed them. I sleep with my patches on. They do produce weird dreams but for now i figure it is the safe bet. 25 years of cigarettes/ vaping/ electronic cigarette habit. No more.  Not even one puff ever. 😆👍👏

Sure glolin. My quit date was 4/17/16. That and my sobriety date are high marked days on my calendar✔. This time there is no next time. Thank you.  ♡

I used  patches!  Really helped me break patterns. After 25 days of 21mg I stopped using them.

Had 1 cig yesterday and it was  minging. Never again!!!!!!!

I'm loving that I don't  smoke and that keeps me positive.  (Never want to have to quit again)

:-)

Hi firecrow thanks for the reply.  That helps me to know that those things are still nasty. Ive gone 8 days today and still feel like there is no turning back now. Did you step down on your patches. Or just quit wearing them?
