I’m on my third day and I’ve decided not to take my break at work as the half hour is going to make me give in and have a cigarette, I’ll take the time out to eat my lunch or breakfast but I just could not deal with sitting anxiously thinking of cigarettes for my whole lunch break.
I know everyone loves a work break but I feel not taking the full time has helped my cravings sooo much!

Well done on deciding to quit smoking.
Many members use another nrt product such as lozenges, gum, or even low or zero nicotine E.cig. for when cravings get worse. Remember to drink plenty of water. If you read about cravings and distraction in the pinned posts you should get some tips.
Stay determined the 1st week is the hardest. You wont regret it in the long run.

Hi I gave up using patches but I also got the little white inhalator as well. I found this worked very well when I got the desperate cravings. Maybe get one of these from your smoking nurse as well? x
Go to the vape store and buy a nicotine vaporizer. The alien model by smok is really good

I had to switch up my routine a bit. Maybe on your breaks you could go for a short walk
