Hi Bevie, Way to go 2 weeks already , you are doing Fantastic yeah the cravings just sneak up when you least expect . Deep breaths, get up and walk, do a job in the house , anything just to get your mind of cigs. Well that's what I do , working at the moment our others members may have other advice lean on us as our quit family are very supportive. You should be very Proud , cause I am of you , you really are doing great. Stay positive Bevie, you can do it x

Those pesky cravings just grap hold of ya and every time you resist, it makes you a little bit stronger and you are doing ever so wellππΌππΌ
Distract and delay, I used to run up and down stairs and I had the cleanest kitchen cupboards at the timeπ Whatever it takes to make the craving pass and have a look at the 5 minute craving busters on pinned posts. Don't forget to treat yourself to something nice coz you deserve itππ

My stop journey started with Champix also. It was a great help, I have absolutely no regrets about using it. If I remember well, I did have a rough patch around day 14-15. I am sure you will get over these days. No doubt about it. Keep going strong!
