Good morning everyone. Yet another hot sunny day. whatever your plans may be today , try and keep cool, focused. and of course HAPPY and smoke-free . I think Jonathan is getting the drinks in around 12.00. to celebrate his whole week of being a non smoker.

It doesn't matter whether its a day , an hour , a week or a year, each day that passes each day you get healthier.

We have a hot sunny day here too, a good day for getting a washing out, I've actually managed to not have any to do, a first for me

That should really put people off smoking Jillygirl, the tobacco industry just don't care as long as they get their money, hopefully more and more people will stop smoking and live longer healthier lives

Then highlight and right click it lets you open them then. just opened Petes empty box from yesterday evening.
