Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest.
May be we should rest but also exercise too.
Just a 30 minute brisk walk will not only do your body good, but you will be breathing in fresh air.
So eat healthy , act healthy , be healthy.

I might manage my brisk walk this morning, we have no rain, for a change, 
:D, the sun is out but it is cold, so might wrap up and walk to the beach, can always go in somewhere for a hot chocolate

Been for a walk , done shopping. got dinner ready for tonight. just finished baking a cake, not that I will get any with the family coming up.

Hi Sue, Everyone fed and watered. I hope you manage to sleep tonight. I know what you mean though. Last night took me ages to get to sleep, first legs and hands hurting then when they settled about 2.00am hubby snoring. my language wasn`t very lady like.

Funnily enough I've been keeping my hubby awake, cause if I don't sleep I don't snore, he can't sleep if I'm not snoring

Jillygirl, i'm working the most stupid shift you can imagine, i start at 11am and finish at 9pm.
Has anybody else worked a shift like this ???? if so please tell me
Believe it or not I used to have that shift when I worked as a community support assistant ( homecare + nursing + shopping) It seemed odd to me then. Cant really do much when you get home or before you go to work. In other words it was rubbish. Could be worse you could be an eskimo ..................................

I used to get this shift sometimes when i was a support worker, hated it, all i did was work, eat, sleep
