Strange now how indifferent I feel about cigs. I still have cravings and have been using my e-cig max 2-3 times a day. After eating at lunch has been the worst. I've been kinda spacey this whole time. I know it will just take time but hopefully its soon. Its awful.
What's been working good for me is staying super busy. No downtime means no time to focus on cravings. After work I go to the gym for an hour of high intensity workout followed by 30 minutes in the steam sauna. This is really making me hack out all the nasties.if you didn't have access to a gym I suppose you could go for a jog followed by a super steamy shower. I've been eating lots of antioxidant rich foods too as per instruction of my doctor. My worry is that the e cigs are probably worse for us then we think. I think today I might leave it at home. Wish me luck but know if I can't do it I will go grab a disposable ecig and not a real one. Have a good Friday everybody, we can do it!!

Hi Hun, DO NOT give in to that horrible demon, hold it off as you do not want to have to go through all this again eh????
As monky would say...... go punch a cushion, shout, holler, go for a walk anything but giving in. We all know what your going through so if we can help we will
Hello Mangle!!! WOOT WOOT on Day 7!!! Way 2 Go! I know that exercising has become my favorite activity to do on my down time. I feel like I have all this catching up to do to get me back in shape and my life back on track. I have a gym membership and never thought after a work out heading to the sauna... That would probably be a really good in working on clearing up these lungs of mine-going to have to try that now! Thanks for the idea Have a Bright Day!
Mangle, WOW you sure got this Sussed & you're totally right about the downtime thing, staying busy takes your mind off things and keeps those cravings,at bay.Only thing I would say is don't ditch the Ecig too fast,it's gotta be better than the real thing and it doesn't look like you're using it excessively.I was glued to mine for about 6 weeks,it just never left my side. You have an awesome quit there my friend, stay strong and SHOUT if you get stuck.
Great going Mangle, I agree with Snowdrop don't discard the e-cig to soon, I'm still using mine, The deep breathing exercises that Emjay has posted are brilliant. Stay strong,
