3 weeks and I am officially a non smoker!!!

Can't believe it's been 3 weeks already and boy do I feel good! The smell of them makes me feel sick!!! I have never felt fitter I. My life (apart from my back but that is a different story) haha!! Thank you all so much you have been wonderful. Much love Rikki x

As an aside my osteopath loves that I have given up smoking as she says working on my back is sooo much easier and it now cracks really well
