Good morning or good evening from🇨🇦 to all you non smokers.......feeling better than yesterday.... I've decided to be patient with my withdrawal. I guess I was worrying too much about all my physical symptoms. They will diminish in time. I talked to a couple friends today at work who have been off cigarettes for over 10 yrs and they too reassured me that this will pass and that I will really feel good and notice a huge difference for the better.... So PATIENCE is the key to my withdrawal.....NOPE NOT ONE PUFF........EVER........Have a healthy smokefree day

Glad you are feeling better today.

Try not to worry about the physical symptoms your experiencing :) :)

your friends are right - these will pass. No one can say when, as we all go through different experiences :) ..The one thing we all say is that it does not last :) :)

You are doing awesome.. :) :)
