Hello, an introduction
Took every positive from the negatives and
quit
smoking
(12 months smoke free) wish I'd done it sooner. Just come off my Ticagrelor meds after the 12 month prescription and hoping now I can start feeling warmer !! Feeling very fit and in the brink of joining a gym to do some swimming etc.

Hello everyone
The problems really started when I
quit
smoking
7.5 weeks ago and I'm still using NRT (gum). I spent years going from
smoking
to vaping back and forth. My previous
quit
attempt about 7 months ago and I made it 5 weeks. All my anxiety symptoms just showed up this week, but these feel different.

Decided to quit smoking...
Like the title says. It was spur of the moment. I went to a hypnotist two days ago. I think it kind of worked. The cravings are unbelievable, though. I am using my vape pen as a crutch when it gets really bad. I tried twice to have an actual cigarette, but put it out in shame after a few drags

Quite worried there's something seriously wrong.
I have of course
quit
smoking
now. Just very scared about what this may be because a lot of the causes of this symptoms seem to diminish life span substantially. Medical history: GORD Hiatus hernia Collapsed lung three years ago. No known cause for that.

What was the easiest way for you to
quit
smoking
? I keep reading life expectancy is 10 to 20 years after diagnosis? How long will it take to get worse will I be dead before I’m 40 ?
