I'm hooked on nicorette quickmist.

I quit smoking 4 years ago cold turkey with success but starting using nicorette quickmist when I had a craving. Four years later and I'm addicted to the stuff. I need suggestions on how to quit using it

Welcome to the community Ten2One , unfortunately, we have had several members addicted to quickmist and find it very difficult to stop it. i would suggest trying to get back into that mindset you were in 4 years ago when you stopped smoking and try stopping it as if you were giving up the cigarettes Wishing you strength and all the best!

A smoking cessation officer contacting me today, regarding addiction to Quick mist. Really don't know how I'll stop using it, but hopefully will get good advice and then share with you all 👍
