Asthma and Lung UK are running a free smoking cessation workshop online, starting January 10th 2024. The sessions are open to all parents and carers, including anyone who looks after children on a regular basis, whether they are parents, carers, grandparents, or anyone else.

What to expect:

• in-depth educational sessions on the science of addiction and the benefits of quitting

• training in practical techniques to manage cravings and navigate challenging situations

• expert-led workshops focused on building resilience and adopting a healthier lifestyle

Hello, these are a great offering and hopefully the take up will help people who really want to quit though struggle to do so.

I would have joined if I hadn’t stopped smoking 20 years ago.

Tobacco addiction is a horrible thing !! Life is a whole lot better without it.
