brief synopsis

Cervical cancer 1985 with surgery and radiation treatment

Urostomy 1991

Artificial sphincter 2003

Urostomy revised and most of small bowel cut out because of adhesions leaving only 1.2m 2006

Colostomy formed 2007

Constant mucus from rectum

In 2023 developed high inflammatory markers. Spent 26 days in hospital from 22 dec 2023. After MRIs and CT turned out I had a septic pool in my pelvis area with two fistulas. After examination under anaesthetic surgeon said repair impossible as too dangerous. Bowel adhered to abdominal wall. Spent 2 weeks on intravenous antibiotics 3 different types 3 times a day.

Currently have blood and mucus coming out of vagina and rectum, which only has a pinprick hole due to the artificial sphincter removal and so it hurts when I try to push it out. I have to wear pads 24/7

Looking for management help.
