Cold turkey 4 weeks

Have gone cold turkey the first week was the worst but after that it’s been getting a lot easier now got to 28 days and getting the odd craving but it passes I’m so happy that i have done so well big pat on the back to me good luck to everybody else keep up the good work

I too stopped cold turkey 3 years ago there on Monday and never looked back. It is a rollercoaster of a journey but worth it. Keep up that positive attitude and the guard up ready to attack at all times. Looking forward to reading your progress
