and going ok, feeling good and think I am still in the novelty mindset of quitting - I am keeping busy at work and wrecked in the evening so going to bed early enough after I do some reading up on here - have read some journeys and they are truly inspirational. Well done to everyone here!!
I am not looking forward to the weekend as think it could be difficult but going to do up a 'to do list' and keep busying.....

Great to read an update from you Exfirecracker - good idea with the to do list - I done the same at the beginning of my quit, lots of water and bit of exercise too, you are doing so well!
Exfirecracker...Nice positive mindset..Well done !! 3 days and all the nicotine in your body is cleared..No more carbon monoxide..and the healing is revving up..you are now on your way to a healthier you...
Leisure time is frightening and you need to make a huge to do list....because you will do that plus !!
It does seem to be a good way if doing it. I have found that it is really easy to stress out over forthcoming 'events'. Sometimes, the fear is worse than actually doing it. You may well find that the weekend is not the nightmare you think it may be. If things do get difficult, post as often as you need to for support. 😊
You're doing so well!! I was scared of going cold turkey so used an e cig... a few weeks in and I'm using it less.
It's the best feeling ever!! Definitely get busy and I agree, vitamins and water and I really recognised my cravings and embrace them, then send them packing! You've got this ☺️
jobm1 I so wanted the nicotine out of my system asap and didn't want to delay the inevitable withdrawals from it, think the thought of it is worse than actually doing it cold turkey....
To do lists are great!! Remember to love yourself through this challenge. It is tough but take it one minute, one hour, one day at a time. Breath deep through the moments, they will pass and stay close to this group, some beautiful strong informative people here☺️
