Cold turkey

So 9 days no smoking started on champix and put cigs in bin on day 2! But after having panic attacks they took them back on day 5 🙄, but.... i kept on stopping. So long story short im doing this cold turkey!!!!! Anyone else had this?

Hey Hidden - 1 week smoke free, whahey!! Hope you have a wee treat lined up for yourself for this massive milestone I too went cold turkey and that was over 3 years ago, once you get the first few over you and embrace the new found life, it will get easier.

Yeah, we have had some members that had to stop due to depression and anxiety (should not be prescribed if there is a history of this as can be fatal )

Our Quitforever had to stop the champix too if you want to buddy up with them.....

1 month smoke free now Hidden , how is things?
