I have a Vapor that has 0 Nicotine inside it. Is this bad to use if I feel that I'm having a craving and could break??
Does A Vaper Count As Smoking?: I have a... - No Smoking Day
Does A Vaper Count As Smoking?
Definitely not Lexree - especially if 0% nicotine in it, if you are nicotine free but started on vaping with nicotine, it would be a step backwards as would begin the process of nicotine back in your system which would cause havoc mentally and physically after being free from it. Some think it is cheating vaping WITH nicotine but it is 5,000 times better than cigarettes which has that amount of poisonous chemical in them...
Vaping at 0% can be good for the hand to mouth habit - the champix that you are taking also at the moment will take the edge of the cravings but YOU are solely doing the hard work, so be proud of that and embrace how well you are doing
Tha b ks so much. I have absolutely no urge to have a cigarette as yes I am vaping but like I said with 0 nicotine and I just really wanted to know if that counted as cheating cuz if it did I would throw it in the garbage right now LOL
We have several members that stopped using vaping as an aid (with nicotine) and weaned themselves off it and no longer use it. With just using it for the hand to mouth habit you should just come to a stage where you will stop using pretty soon as will be doing nothing for you other than the hand to mouth habit..
hi Lexree
I would not worry.you do what you got to do.
0% is good,its great,
you have not had tar, nicotine etc, you must be 98% better off than smoking.
its routine, one day it will just click into place and you will stop,
take care 😊
keep kicking ,😎
Lexree, the important short term goal is to stop using tobacco. The use of Champix, patches, gum, vaping, or anything else that can help you in the beginning is good. There is a lot of debate on the problems with vaping, but it can help quit tobacco. It is not the equivalent of vegetables, but it just can't possibly be as bad as tobacco
Studies have shown e-cigs help. "At 12 months, 61.9% of the e-smokers were still abstinent from tobacco smoking; 20.6% of the tobacco smokers and 22.0% of the dual smokers achieved tobacco abstinence."
