Hey ya'll! I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on conquering moodiness and sluggishness. I do Crossfit every other day (can't wait until tonight to go) but I was wondering if anyone found certain fruits and veggies to be effective and hobbies, rituals. Thanks in advance!

Hey SheenaL - your best bet for the moods (anxiety withdrawal from quitting) would be herbal supplements from your health food shop, also, oily fish, seeds, camomile tea, lavender oils and vanilla oils scents in a bath or to vaporize with - also water, water and more water, a good walk to clear the head is great too, health food shop should be able to advice more. A soak in a nice bath of epsom salts works wonders too.....

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm doing really well today. Went into town and walked around with my daughter which was very nice. Yesterday evening I ate a bunch of broccoli, ice cold water and twirlers after working out and things were just smooth sailing from then on. My biggest concern is the mood issues because I have a 9 and 12 year old who watch me like a hawk and inform me when mommy is being mean which apparently is lately. I try to keep distance but that's hard and they are too young to understand all this so I just pray a bunch and hope that each passing day gets better for their sake. I don't like being mean to my babies. Thanks again for checking up on me!
