Oh I was the same and I'm on week 5.. think now it's coming to a head, have a cough and feel like I could sleep forever! But I plan on sweating it out for the next two days and if there's no improvement then il go to the doctors

I think for me personally, I'm getting rid of 25 years of chemicals and while it's horrible.. I can see the positives! Il feel better in a few days :)

Hope this helps.. you know what they say "when your going through hell... keep going!"

I'm always here if you need to chat about the horrible part of giving up smoking.. we can help each other :)

Hey Thorpey1992 nose and throat issues when we quit is perfectly normal to experience but also can happen to non smokers too - as it is the time of year for bugs and colds. We tend to blame everything on quitting and very conscious of any little aliment we experience as we want to feel good immediately, but it is a gradual process as the body heals.

Below is a pinned post I created that may be helpful to familiarize yourself with quitting side effects

Lots of vitamin C, garlic and good nights sleep! For the energy, try get out for a walk to clear the head. Keep up the great work :)
