im on day 5 and my belly is feeling bloated and just full all the time. i know this can be a side effect. I researched online and 144 people experienced this. They continued to experience this for weeks after taking champix. This worries me?! i can withstand the sickness, dreams and tiredness. But am worried the bloating won't go away after finishing the tablets...
does anyone have any experience with this?

Hey sHuggles , the bloating may not be caused by champix but your diet. Make sure to eat lots of fruit and vegetables, blackberries and blueberries, plums and prunes are good for bloatness, reduce your starchy foods intake also. ππππ₯π₯ππ₯
But if getting worse or not improving, maybe a trip to your local health food shop or chemist for something to relieve it. π₯
sHuggles, likely it is something you are eating causing the bloatness, Roisin's suggestions may help but best to seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist to help/stop it
Likely your digestion is affected by your quit, and you're probably eating more as well. Remember, your system is adjusting to the new "cleaner" you. Help it along with plenty of fruit, veg, lots of water, and some exercise to get things moving. It'll soon pass and your gut will thank you for quitting!!
sHuggles most of the syntomes iwill go away .I hope you are eating plenty of food when tsking the pill and the dreams in my opinion is just the normal dream you always have except that now you can remember itβs mostly vivid dreams and the pill makes you memorize the dreams .If you are very nervious that can cause nightmares take herbal sleeping aid of course 1 hour before bed ..stay away from caffeine and if you can practice yoga , and plenty of water ..Keep it up ..It gets better π
