Well I made it here visiting my daughter last time I was here I was I was a smoker so this will be interesting weather here is a bit cooler than home so the clothes I brought will stay in the suite case I guess I'll have to go shopping...........

Had a great day yesterday went for pedicure and manicure very nice felt great......took a long walk weather was perfect I did 10 thousand steps .....she lives right near UCLA (university)....,,,,,,OMG there are a lot of students that smoke......and I think I walked into everyone that smoked felt like it was a test.........I will admit as much as I thought that's disgusting it did cross my mind......cravings can hit strong🚬🚬🚬🚬🚬🚬🚬🚬🚬🚬🚬

Yes Roisin feel stronger today just got back in from beach it was wonderful and then a great lunch........I'm thinking of a facial been thinking since I stopped smoking what are your thoughts??
