Hi all, hope you're well and enjoying lovely weather wherever you are! It's boiling here in Manchester UK!

I'm finishing these days so much easier.. 71 days smoke free and loving it!

I've realised I was a total reward and stress smoker as the fine weather doesn't bother me and nor does socialising etc...

The ONLY time I crave is when I want a break or if I'm very stressed. I've reduced the use of my e cig to less than half of how I used it in the beginning and my nicotine intake is 0.1 as I mix my own, zero with 0.3...

Feeling really good. I felt quite unmotivated in the early weeks to do anything!! Felt such grief! How bonkers.

My son and I went to southport to the beach yesterday. We scootered round the town and walked over a mile to the sea and back. Not one single time did my chest feel tight, my legs hurt or I felt out of breath. Was carrying a loaded rucksack too!!

I wouldn't be here without the support of you incredible people, without the shared knowledge and the faith. Thanks so much!
