Im still here only i get another stressed out moment when they have removed one of my meds from repeat prescription which i need to take...so trudged to drs pharmacy they dont know why it was removed but they are updating it so il pick it up later. But Mr Nicodemon did not get a look in. Still strong and great frame of mind which is what all new quitters need. Jacqui
