smoking, vaping & Nicotine Quickmist

I smoked cigarettes for 20 years , then vapes and finally the most evil gripping substance of all - Nicotine Quickmist. I went cold turkey and it made me sick when I stopped. I could not believe how ill ,depressed, I was. I couldn’t sleep,, saw double… I realised how my body had become completely dependent on this awful drug. After 7 or 10 days the terrible symptoms cleared and my anxiety left me. The anxiety never really returned. I realised the Quickmist caused my anxiety. Real bad anxiety. And stopping Quickmist meant my mental health, body, physical all got better. I was no longer enslaved, reaching for a spray multiple times a day. I was free. I still am!! Best thing I ever did and I will never go back

Hmmm, don't know why it says I am 4 years smoke free. I actually quit 11/13/2017 which will be 7 years this Nov.
