Believe it or not, lack of Vitamin D can make you DEPRESSED!
I went to the Dr. and my levels were so low, that my
Dr. actually placed me on 50,000 UI of Vitamin D!
Normal intake for an adult is 400 UI. She is trying to give me
a boost and then make sure I take a regular amount daily.
Depression, weakness, muscle pain, lack of concentration (BRAIN FOG)
is what you will expierence. I most certainly did! I am to take
the 50K for 5 days, today is day 4. Tomorrow I take it again...
and within 30 days I should be back to NORMAL levels of Vitamin D
in my system! Vitamin D3 is what is needed/being used.
Research this yourself. You will see this is a very important Vitamin...
If you are not get sunshine daily for say 15 min...you need
to be checked my friend! BTW I am on DAY 29!!!
