Little lost

I don't really have access to a therapist. And I don't have anyone supportive physically around me. So I am trying to make to with the normal life at home. But it's getting difficult. My temper is getting bad. And I am not able to forget the past stuff, the unresolved stuff. I should be focusing on coming out of it, I have several moods in one day. I want to stop thinking about someone else and for once in life, learn to care about myself and work on myself. But I don't know how to. I deserve someone who would be there atleast, but that seems to be far fetched.

Hi there, sp you said you don't have access to a therapist, in the U.K we have a helpline called the Samaritians (which is free) I don't know if you have something similar in India. I few tips I can give is maybe look online for what kind of thi gs cab be therapy (One I can think of is physical excersize expecially going outside for a walk, can clear your head a little bit) also there may be some other things you can try out (since I seen you live in India, and India is quite big, maybe try telling someone random about your problems, so you might feel a bit better maybe) also try to remember something that you enjoy or find soothing (such a watching a certain movie) and if you have any relatives or family, try to connect with them a little but too, to distract yourself. Interacting with people of different ages can also make you realise things about yourself and how they make you feel. I don't know how helpful these tips will be but good luck (I just remembered there's also Ludo club online, which you can download and there are chat groups on there too.)

Hi, firstly thankyou for responding, your suggestions are really valuable. I was thinking of exercise and walking actually. And I am trying to do the things that can distract me, watching the shows I like, but it also kinda feels lonely, I can't really talk to anyone in the family. There are one or two friends I can talk to online but not exactly about this as texting makes it harder, and we are at long distance. And they are a part of it, so sometimes that's another hard part. Anyways, I am thinking of joining some club or community, I am yet to find one. Hope you're doing well. Let me know if you need to talk ever.

I understand hun how it feels and how alone and isolated u must feel .I was and still am at times struggling and it can be difficult I just want u to know u are not alone and if u ever feel the need to talk I'm here .it sounds a bit cleshay but it really is good to talk having someone listen without judgement and understanding with empathy .I found hearing another's opinion helped me understand why things happened the way they did kinda helped me it's not easy to have to relive things that I'd pushed to the back of my mind but reliving them helped me get the inner strength to deal with them sorry u are going through this it really is hard and I hope it helps xx
