Trying to get thru the day

I had the chance to look at myself in the mirror at work today. My hair is so dishevelled , there are black circles under my eyes, I’ve been sitting all day and my head is pounding but I still have a smile on my face. I don’t feel good and want to sleep and go home. What do you do to get thru the day?

Your Hair a mess, We both know how you feel. At the moment we look like Shaggy dogs, no hair dressers, LOCKDOWN. wIl be sorted soon ??.

At the moment I keep busy in the garden and work on the computer, we have spent most of the afternoon getting part of my prescription filled.

Have you tried MINDFULNESS Relaxation Technique, that can help you relax.

Books purchased on Amazon about £9;00.

Have you talked to your Doctor. Try going for a walk sometimes that can also help. I love reading my books
