Struggling sleeping

When i shut my eyes all i see it dots and can hear a ticking clock in my head and feel really anxious ive tried music in the background/ a program but nothing seems to work

I asked why because your spelling of program is wrong in the UK as its spelt programme here. You are using the American spelling.

Abit of meditation sometimes help and you can do 5 min or 1 hour. Guided meditation on youtube is really nice to watch, just google.
