Bipolar?

Hi everyone, I’m just wondering if anyone here had bipolar and could maybe help me with some things I’ve been experiencing recently. So around August September time I went through a solid month of just pure greatness, I was on top of everything, happy and content, doing extra revision for school etc. And then one day I just woke up and plummeted into this depressive episode and have been in it for about 2/3 months. Recently, I’ve been experiencing these weird adrenaline rush type things ( I have anxiety and know they aren’t anxiety attacks but what is happening could be anxiety I really don’t know ) where I get that feeling in my stomach but I’m laughing and joking and I can’t control myself. I’m like in this state of pure euphoria for about 5/6 hours or so. Sometimes I’ll feel like crying at the same time though? Like hysterically but I dont know if that has any relevance to it. I’m really confused tbh and I’m most likely just reading too much into it but if anyone could give me some advice about this it would be appreciated haha

Hi I think I might be bi polar. Do have ups but not sure about what you're experiencing. Maybe others can help?

From how you describe your changing moods it sounds like it would be a good idea to make an appointment to see your GP. We cannot diagnose on this forum but you will be able to get the best advice by explaining your mood to a health professional in just the way you have here.

Are you in an exam year at school as sometimes this can cause stress and affect our mood? What about your family and friends have they noticed the changes in you?
