Have an appointment today so that the dr can review my medication and see if I need more help and I know that really I need too explain too her everything that’s been going on so that she can understand just how much I’m struggling, but I just don’t know what to say too her. I don’t want her thinking I’m completely crazy

Good morning Kay and very sorry to hear about the difficult time you are experiencing. To gather your thoughts it might help to write down a few bullet points to take with you to the doctor. Also, for support, you could take someone along with you. You are absolutely not 'crazy' - you are currently unwell and you need proper medical help to get better. Ask the doctor about other specialist help which is available on the NHS. Be kind to yourself and take care,
