HI not a good situation for you. I presume you have tried applying to the council for alternative accommodation? If you had left your home and was temporarily homeless shouldn't the council automatically re-home you?

Well done for taking that brave decision though and I wish you success. x

Dear Angel,. I really feel for you and do understand your situation. You do not mention him being physically abusive but mentally towards your eldest son. I am not sure if you have family who could put you up temporarily, but that would be a big imposition!, I suggest you seek help from various shelters to see if they could help. Depending where you live council accommodation can take months, years even. You do sound as though you have had enough, try Shelter and various helplines, I wish you the best xxx
