Can't see the light

Recently I've had nothing but bad happen so in my head I feel as though in my head I've not got a lot of time to do stuff or what's gonna happen now I think of all the bad points in life

It can seem that way at times. I have been there where all I wanted to do was just sleep and not wake up because everything I did just went wrong and I just couldn't see when it was going to get better.

It does get better though, but you have to work out why you feel like you do and then you need to find the techniques and changes to help you feel much better.

I hope you can find someone to help you. You owe it to yourself to start looking forward and at the good times in your life.
