Light at the end of the tunnel.

Good evening, have not been on in some time so here is an update on me :)

Through all the stuff I've been through in the last 3 months I have become stronger than ever.

So for the people that didn't know what had happened before here is a quick run down.

I was so low, depression was taking over my life.. I lost myself and everything I was.

Went through a break up shortly after being diagnosed with depression, which was tough but now it was the best thing that could have happened.

Recently (last Friday) I got made redundant at work which I actually felt OK about somehow it didn't bother me!

So they say things happen in 3's and it happens for a reason.

I'm now eating healthy, going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week, seeing friends and family I had neglected because of depression, looking for a new job and most important to me seeing my children on a regular basis!

I would just like to say, no matter bad everything seems and no matter how bad you feel there is light at the end of the tunnel and its glorious.

Thank you for everything guys and girls.

I wish you all the happiness and love in the world.

Kieron.
