Burning pain in thigh

last night I woke with a sharp burning pain in my thigh, it felt like a hot knife. As I went to move my leg it spasms and pain became intense. This lasted for about 20 mins.

Even today I still get the odd niggling pain again feeling hot.

Does anyone have any ideas ? Thanks

The feeling of heat with pain could point to a DVT. Best get this checked out immediately.
