Any suggestions for natural ways and supplements ( no TRT yet) to increase Testosterone and DHEA?
No testo boosters of course ( they are scam). I thought about TRT but dont want to go that road yet.
I have HERNIA ( if this is the correct word in English ), I plan on removing it soon and was just diagnosed with Hasimoto too However most likely I wont be prescribed any thyroxine just yet.
Some info about me.
I am 38 yo, train very hard ( although its been very hard to follow my program lately, due to sudden tiredness and many energy up -downs) for the last 15 years, I am 1.80, 78 kg, around 15-18 % bf. and supplement with whey iso, creatine, zync, D3 ,omega3 ( all from myprotein).
I follow a complete diet (not your typical gym bro diet) I dont have any food allergies or problems ( as far as I know).
I was feeling pretty crap for the last 1 year so that was the reason for me to check my hormones,
In addition to my thyroid , I also checked my testo and things dont look very great too... Maybe is my thyroid to blame? since I wont be prescribed any pill , how am i supposed to boost my testosterone if its correlated to my Hasimoto?
