Has Anyone Tried Any Natural Remedies To Stop Hair Loss In Men?

Romeo2020

Has anyone tried using non pharmaceutical drugs or advice to combat male pattern baldness. There's a ton of information out there on hair loss. Most of it is questionable. So, I am curious to hear form real people who have experienced hair loss. What type of treatment they've tried and whether it's worked or not.

I think the only proven treatments to date are topical modenafenil and oral finasteride 1mg. If it is genetic, As far as I am aware, nothing is going to prevent it , short of a hair transplant.

Yeh well I used minoxidil for 18 months and I wasn't a big fan. When you stop using it your hair falls back out again. I thought that sucked. Not only that, its not a cure.. Anyway I took matters into my own hands and created my own natural system and process that has worked. Have you used the above?

also don't believe in what pharmaceutical companies tell you. You can reverse thinning hair especially if your anything below NW 4 /5

Very interesting . So youve had new hair growth from using this shampoo? cheers

Hey Waynetheoffice

I would suggest to get these inexpensive 7 essential oils from amazon. Mix them up and use them as a (non chemical) topical solution.

They work EXACTLY the same way Minoxidil does. (But only more effective and without the side effects)

The oils are:

Rosemary

Clary Sage

Ylang Ylang

Lavender

Cederwood

Peppermint

Black seed

Jojoba

Organic castor oil

Quick Comparison

Minoxidil : is understood to work by widening blood vessels and allowing more oxygen, blood and nutrients to the hair follicles.

COMES WITH SIDE EFFECTS

Rosemary + the Oils : increases circulation of blood in the scalp provided hair follicles with nutrients and oxygen needed to promote hair growth.

COMES WITH ZERO SIDE EFFECTS + cheaper to buy!

Then use the BIOTIN shampoo as what Jaggedness has suggested.

For best results you need to combine a few methods

Take a look at my before and after pics

I have used finasterid more than ten years now. First I tested minoxidil, but I didn’t like the feel what it left.

At least it has stopped the process (alopecia androgenetica). I have a lot of hair, but it’s nordic style mid-blond and thinner than mid-european curlish brown hair. Like soft baby hair.

I have to say, I don’t believe natural remedies on this case, cause the balding is in our genes.

I know what you mean.I used to think the same thing, so at the time I started balding at the crown, my wife sent me a link on YouTube to watch a video on essential oils and I was like nah thats a waste of time. So I decided, just to shut her up. I would watch it. Then after watching the video, I starting thinking about what I had learnt. So I thought il give it a test, who knows. At this time I was a minoxidil user for over 12 months. I didn't like it using it. So I thought I had nothing to lose trying a natural method. So I bought some essential oils started mixing them and I combined this with other methods and after a period of 17 months. I had gone from a NW 4 back to a NW1 and as we speak I am almost at the end of my cycle with a complete head of new hair. Results are just insane. So now after my experience I am completely anti pharmaceutical drugs.

From last 3-4 years I am also going through same problem of hair fall, even I tried many things but nothing worked.than one of my friend suggested me 1 natural remedie for this , croton seeds(Jamal gotta in hindi) , make the powder of croton seeds add into a bit of warm coconut or mustard oil and the apply on the area affected, and massage atleast for 5-7 minutes, and than immediately after massaging hair, do nail rubbing(balayam) for 5-10mins and I have told to do some yogic postures like sarvangasan .

I am using it from last 1 month and I can see my new hairs growing.

This remedie was use by a friend of my friend who was completely bald and he gain his complete hairs.

Croton seeds must be used very carefully, if used in high quantity can cause pimples, so initially use 2-3 seeds and later on you can easily determine by your own how many to use.

It will cause some kind of irritation which will be the sign that it would act for you or not.

Basically it improves blood circulation. As we are using it with doing some exercises like nail rubbing and yoga, which are totally natural to start blood circulation.

So if any part of our body gets proper blood circulation than problem of that area will automatically resolve.

Yes! thats correct, one of the key things to hair restoration is increasing the blood circulation. The most effective way of doing this is through 1. derma rolling x3 a week. 2. using a combination of essential oils to stimulate the hair follicles 3. yoga stretches, sun salutation and head stands. Do all 3 plus manage your hormones then the hair will grow back. What Norwood scale are you?

have you hit a plateau with your treatment yet? or are you still seeing good results

in reply to Romeo2020

Only seeing good results on me but as I mentioned that a known of me got complete hairs back by this remedie only.

ok well if you know anyone who's stuck with this problem I can advise them

let me share my story

Please be aware

I am not a doctor, a surgeon or have a hair loss clinic

I am just a normal guy who had the same problem and found a routine that works, please see my images

I used Minoxidil for 18 months, then I got nasty side effects

headaches and chest pains

anyway I went deep into research mode and created my own natural routine

it wasn't smooth sailing - as you will see from my story

when I first started the routine, it was only essential oils I was using to stimulate the hair follicles..

it was during a very stressful time in my life..

one evening I was working late in my office. I was on my 3rd cup of coffee, when I noticed a ton of hair falling on to my desk.

I was shocked..

The feeling of hair loss was terrible.

I was so angry, I called my wife to blame her for all the stress she was causing me ( ofcourse this wasn't true, but I needed someone to blame)

She didn't say much - anyway when I came off the phone she sent me a video to watch..

Thats where I had my first aha moment! the video was all on essential oils and natural herbal remedies like pygeum and saw palmetto..

I realised essential oils act as a topical - similar to Minoxidil and the herbal remedies acted as dht blockers..

The oils stimulate blood circulation to the scalp. The herbal tablets inhibit the production of dht.

so I went CRAZY and bought lots of oils and herbal tablets and started using them..

For the first week or 2 - it was great..

I had stopped hair shedding..

BUT then I hit a plateau!

And I couldn't see any more changes and I couldn't figure out why?!

So I went back to the drawing board..

Then it hit me!

Try the derma roller I thought to myself. I KNEW the derma roller increases cell production and also increases blood circulation around the scalp,

GREAT! so I added it to my routine..

Then over the next few weeks I saw new hair grow..

Then guess what happened..

I hit another Plateau again...

ahh this was so annoying .. once again I couldn't figure out why!

To be honest, at this stage I was starting to give up!

I SAID to myself I am chasing an impossible dream - HAIR LOSS IS A GENETIC PROBLEM!

Days passed!! Then I had another epiphany!

What if I add an organic anti hair loss shampoo to the mix

So I did .. and guess what happened next?

YEP new hairs started growing again

Do you see a pattern here!

This process carried over a period of 18 months until as you can see from the images - I went from a NW4 to right about now a NW1

this is a true story by the way

So I realised..

hair loss is a complicated problem and there isn't one pill, shampoo or derma roller that will fix t..

BUT instead..

A combination of things, I needed to do EVERYDAY progressively over a period of time..

Good Luck with everything..

Ways to reduce hair loss in men:

1. Regularly wash your hair with mild shampoo.

2. Vitamin for hair loss.

3. Enrich diet with protein.

4. Scalp massage with essential oils.

5. Avoid brushing wet hair.

6. Garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice.

7. Keep yourself hydrated.

8. Rub green tea into your hair.

last few months been taking tocotrienols- it’s a special type of vitamin e and is thought to detoxify the scalp. I was taking it for something else and noticed hair becoming thicker. There have been a few studies that have proven it’s ability to improve hair thickness .. google it.
