Natural ways+ supplements to increase Testosterone and DHEA

Hi!!!

Any suggestions for natural ways and supplements ( no TRT yet) to increase Testosterone and DHEA?

No testo boosters of course ( they are scam). I thought about TRT but dont want to go that road yet.

I have HERNIA ( if this is the correct word in English ), I plan on removing it soon and was just diagnosed with Hasimoto too However most likely I wont be prescribed any thyroxine just yet.

Some info about me.

I am 38 yo, train very hard ( although its been very hard to follow my program lately, due to sudden tiredness and many energy up -downs) for the last 15 years, I am 1.80, 78 kg, around 15-18 % bf. and supplement with whey iso, creatine, zync, D3 ,omega3 ( all from myprotein).

I follow a complete diet (not your typical gym bro diet) I dont have any food allergies or problems ( as far as I know).

I was feeling pretty crap for the last 1 year so that was the reason for me to check my hormones,

In addition to my thyroid , I also checked my testo and things dont look very great too... Maybe is my thyroid to blame? since I wont be prescribed any pill , how am i supposed to boost my testosterone if its correlated to my Hasimoto?

January 2021

LH 3,61 mUI/mL 0,8-7,6

FSH 2,74 mUI/mL 0,7-11,1

PRL 14,17 ng/mL 3,46-19,4

Ε2 < 24 pg/ml 11-44

PRG < 0,5 ng/mL 0,2-0,75

Testo 4,00 ng/ml 1,56-8,77

DHEA-141,9 μg/dL 139,7-484,4

February 2021

LH 2,72 mUI/mL 0,8-7,6

FSH 2,86 mUI/mL 0,7-11,1

Testo 4,41 ng/ml 1,56-8,77

COR 6,8 μg/dL 3,7-19,4

DHEA 146,6 μg/dL 139,7-484,4

SHBG 26,9 nmol/L 13-71

For comparison reasons, 6 years ago (32 yo) my Total testo was at 800 , my free was at 18 and felt much better with more stable energy and mood

Any advice or suggestions would be very well appreciated.

thanx for the answer,It is within normal range but towards the lower level .

Should I be concerned? I think there is room for improvement,

Besides ,there is significant decline although my lifestyle and diet has become better!

is it just aging (31 to 37) , or my thyroid?

I would not be worried as long as it is within range. As to the relationship between testosterone and thyroid, thyroid hormone is known to affect sex hormone-binding hormonal globulin (SHBG) concentrations. Men with hyperthyroidism have elevated concentrations of testosterone and SHBG. Thyroid hormone therapy in normal men may also duplicate this elevation.

I suggest you join the Thyroid group on HealthUnlocked. It is an excellent group and will give you lots of very good advice about your thyroid and necessary treatment. If you have definitely been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid, you should have been prescribed Thyroxine medication. I would think that many of your symptoms are due to having underactive thyroid (called hypothyroid).
