Here's what I made today we had very heavy rain this afternoon so having a roast cooking merrily in the oven is most agreeable.
I used broccoli tender stems spinach green beans carrots peas brown onion garlic chestnut mushrooms baby tomatoes hot chilli, when the onions were soft I added some more olive oil and some gram flour and mixed with unsweetened Hemp milk in the pan and then added 100g of strong organic cheddar and chives then I poured the sauce on top of the veg and sprinkled pumpkin seeds golden linseeds and sesame seeds on top and baked for about 45 mins. The potatoes I washed and roasted in their skins. This is gluten free and It was very agreeable too.
Your Veggie & Cheese Bake with Roast Potatoes looks amazing. You've cooked those potatoes to perfection, and the Cheese Bake looks incredibly delicious! I love the sprinkled pumpkin seeds, golden linseeds, and sesame seeds on top - very tasty.
