Hi everyone,
Here's what I baked tonight, I used a total of 20 different plants, the pasta is gluten free vegan made with corn wholegrain sorghum rice buckwheat and quinoa.
I just cooked some onions garlic in a little olive oil added a little gram flour plum tomatoes cauliflower broccoli and sprouts and lentils with herbs and spices and I baked with sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds on top. Mixed it all together and put in a baking dish and baked.
To me this is real free from food...
I also had raspberries with soy cream for a pudding...π
