Hi everyone,
Here's what I made for tea tonight its cauliflower broccoli carrots chestnut mushrooms brown onion garlic tomatoes +herbs baked with lentils and quinoa in a roux made with double Gloucester cheese buckwheat flour and some local butter. I gently cooked the veg cooked the onions mushrooms et al in a little olive oil to soften caramelise then added some butter mixed in some buckwheat flour to thicken then added goats milk so make a nice sauce. Then I baked it for about 25 mins, the double Gloucester cheese gives it a really nice deep colour I think.
This is gluten free and vegetarian and might be OK for an LCHF diet.
I used 15 deferent plants for this meal and enjoyed it and I had a fruity sweet adding a few more...
I hope you have a good evening. 😊
