Hi everyone, this is what I made for dinner tonight as its the weather for a nice hot roast and the veg are all locally produced and bought in paper bags from my local veg shop.
I made the cheese sauce by sautéing diced onion in olive oil before adding gram flour to thicken then gradually adding the milk I use whole milk with strong matured cheddar cheese. And I love roasted small potatoes in their skin so with some baby carrots a very pleasing meal.
We usually have baked potatoes with salmon and green beans and a side salad every other Friday night.😀👍👍
Hi Jerry. Cauliflower cheese is an absolute favourite of mine and you've topped it off by pairing it with roast potatoes. OK I'll take the carrots too..... They do top off the whole meal, are good for you, and I might get to see in the dark! 🤣🥕🥕🥕
