Here's what I had for dinner tonight its a cauliflower baked in a sauce made with diced onion 10 baby vine tomatoes some hot chilli celery salt sautéed in a little olive oil then I added some gram flour that I'd dissolved in a little water cooked red lentils and a little more water poured it on the par boiled cauliflower. Then I baked with roasted some new potatoes at the same time as its easier and I could get on with other things while my oven cooked it. I had some tender stem broccoli with it and enjoyed it as its not very warm here.
This is gluten free and vegan and it went down a treat.
I hope everyone is enjoying their BH. 🌞

Awe thanks Sue I had bought too many tomatoes so it seemed a good idea 🍅 😊
That looks so tasty and nutritious, Jerry and makes a change from cauliflower cheese (which I love!). The roasted new potatoes look delicious and nicely browned which gives them more flavour 🤤
Very appetising meal Jerry, I like the way that you cooked the cauliflower. It sounds as if you have typical Bank Holiday weather where you are. It’s been better here with sunshine and cloud. 🙂🌤
Hi Jerry, this looks delicious and wonderful looking like out of a magazine. 😋 It’s all about the sauce to make the dish so flavorful. This will give me ideas for my brunch/dinner coming up. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us. 😊🙏🌺

Hey thanks Koko, you are so right it’s sauces and gravies that give the finishing touch, that’s also very kind of you saying it looks like it’s out of a magazine as I’m more rough and ready and like honest wholesome food. 😊
Awe thanks Hidden new potatoes are extra nice so enjoy. 👍
