PTSD I don't know how to deal

In my country i have war and i still live in my country. I can't normally sleep and just live ordinary life. I'm going crazy. I can't help myself, i don't know what to do. I'm drained and want to have peace. Maybe someone could tell me, how to relax in stressful situations?

I live in the USA so I'm not sure how much help I can be. I can't imagine what you go through on a daily basis.

The only thing I can offer is to keep reminding yourself that " at this moment I am ok" . We are told to live in the moment in order to be at peace but I'm not sure how that works for you.

Don't have a good support system? Do people come together to talk about what your country is facing?

We are here to support you. We can listen and give you a safe place to talk.

Yo be honest, people avoid this topic, because it's too painful and they try to distract themselves.

sing. Sing your heart out about peace. Ear plugs if it is loud but safe enough. Music to get the bad emotions out. Meditation several times a day. Exercise hard so that your anxiety energy goes elsewhere.

Thank you for your reply 😊. I'll try this). About ear plugs... I've never thought about it, but it sounds great. Wish you the best 💕.

Just be careful. If there are militia trying to give orders, you won’t hear them. But if it’s just bombing or such, earplugs will be great.

I’m very sorry you are having yi survive in a war zone. I’d imaging it’s more about surviving than living for you. It would play havoc with my cptsd. Cut yourself some slack and be kind to yourself. Acknowledge out loud, how hard it is and try to snatch a little peace back, by whatever means you are able. Sone music, some craft even drawing a picture. If you are not food impoverished perhaps eating something you like and can source?
