I am sorry you are having nightmares. It's tough, I have them too, talk through my sleep at times.

I know it is hard to be on your own, worrying about family and not having their support.

Anything that can help you have even moments of sense of safety can help.

Yeah, i really need such safety. It's really hard being so anxious, worrying about family, being on my own, being with them even harder, you understand me

What if mum heard you talking in your sleep? What difference would it make? Nightmares are nasty but they can't harm you. You need therapy to help you get to the bottom of your issues.

If it isn't available where you are then there is lots of self help on the internet though it might not be enough. It's a start though.

Yeah. I'm actually in therapy and using a lot of self help tools but ptsd is just too nasty

PTSD is a serious mental condition that some people develop after a shocking, terrifying, or dangerous event. These events are called traumas. After a trauma, it's common to struggle with fear, anxiety, and sadness. You may have upsetting memories or find it hard to sleep.

Or

This can be because of Psychometry.

Hi finnhilton,

I'm curious if this is something that happened to you, if you ever want to share in a separate post.

I am conflicted on the subject but I know some people have more sensitivity to their surroundings or they pick up clues/ make observations in split second, taking it all in.

I can't stand second hand furniture or things.

It is hard to explain to others.

I am not a psychic and I find this side of things scary so I would try to cut off anything like that because it would overwhelm me. I wonder how many people feel similar.

I don't think this has a link to my traumas. Maybe some aspect of it.
