Panic disorder,anxiety,muscle tension pls help😭

Yesterday till now Xmas day I'm suffering panic attack.. and it's really hard to cope it up... I can't focus...my daily life routine change a lot bcoz of this,I'm sad..I wanted to cry most of the time but I'm afraid that my head will be hurt when o cry and then my BP will increase of my head is aching . It's really hard

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry you are suffering from panic attacks. They can be very intense but are usually harmless.

There is a good resource from Claire Weekes called "Pass through panic". It talks about not fighting the symptoms and instead accepting it and letting it pass.

Christmas period can be particularly difficult and I hope it does get better after Christmas. Sending support...

Hi. Sorry to hear that things are so difficult. I can recommend taking a look at Caroline McCready's YouTube channel. She offers relaxation and breathing exercises that are really effective. I hope it might help.
