Yes sometimes it is difficult to know what is a dream and what is real with PTSD. Sorry you are struggling so much x

hi blackie, yes, sometimes I feel out of my body somewhere else and I cannot quite explain where I am...I guess it is dissociation..... keep writing here, you can get help herexxx

I hate it. I just recently fall sleep and then I dreamed I was in dad house and I wake up the kinda cried..

There are two things to google here depersonalisation and derealisation. Both can go with ptsd. I used to think I wasn’t real, the world wasn’t real.
