Hi just like to pass on some tips to help with understanding and dealing with your feelings. Name the feeling but do not judge it. Feelings are not right or wrong. Accept the feeling and describe it for example a colour,sound,taste, song title or lyrics. I find writing these things down is very helpful

Hi, I really like this idea. Someone has suggested it to me before. She would say that I should give them colours and would often say " it's ok to have feelings but it doesn't mean you are your feelings, you shouldnt judge yourself for them or act on them, you just have to acknowlegde they're there and move on".
Most of the time, I am sorry to say, I forget this when I am upset so thank you for reminding me
