Glad the physio was nice gins..... Oh warmth.... It's what I need I function so much better in the warm.....hope the exercises are manageable and do actually work ... Fingers crossed
I'm really pleased the physio helpful, the core strengthening is something I've attempted but never really achieved, wish I could as I know how much it can help.
I too have heard the temperatures are on the rise, but fear they may not be quite so good down here, but oh golly we do need it don't we. I too do so much better when it is warm....not humid though, that doesn't feel too good. Lets all hope this is then end of the ghastly winter.
Hi gins I have to go for my legs to be bandaged,as they are so swollen been like this for months. The lady said I have to go every other day for a month. I am worried where the fluid will go as I am bloated all over with fluid now,and look like a mitchellin man lol
She also said it is uncomfortable and I have to get on top of the pain. I have to wear them day and night and proberbly for the rest of my life....unless I lose a drastic amount of weight, ;-( and as I cant walk or swim anymore goodness knows what I will do to lose large amount.....eat like a fly now!!
Anyway I do hope you enjoy the warm spell we have coming. Might just take LEO (my scooter ) out for a ride in the sunshine.....((((((((((((((((((((((((((((( ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
You will find they are ok bit uncomfortable to begin with but they really help and the fluid is just weed away. I have been told it is forever too but it stops the pain n my feet and legs Good luck hugs xgins
The Bowen Technique is great for lymphatic drainage and is used on cancer patient by a nurse called Elish Lund. Put her name into google and read her story.
