PIP adding to it

Do a change of circumstances
As Des says register a change of circumstances however adding more conditions won’t necessarily alter your PIP rate as it’s based on how you are affected not what conditions you have.
Any claimant is required to let the DWP know if there is a change of circumstances, however , if your ability to carry out the descriptors has not changed then I would question whether you should just wait for your review to mention any additional conditions. May be worth checking with the HU benefits advisor.
wait until you renewal, the way things are at the moment, you may not get it at all. An advisor once told me to never do a change in circumstances unless it really affects the way you are, some will see that it as a new claim.

Think carefully, as others have said it will likely trigger a new claim. This happened to me and had to go to tribunal
I asked for change of circumstances from but I had sorted out my paperwork first . All takes time
I rang to say there was a change in my circumstances and the guy on the phone told me to get evidence from my GP or consultants ect and send it in x
