hugs to everyone.My staffie had to have an emergency histerectomy to save her life as she had really bad infection. But she's fine now. Thought id do some weeding with my partner yeaserday, suffered after. Hurting and stiff and can barely walk today, went shoping useing my walking frame (inbarasing) lol but at least I could sit and rest when I needed to, instead of looking for somet to sit on lol. Going to see our new doctor next week see if I can increase some of my medication to help me sleep, and to take the edge off the pain as I think all meds I'm on have got use to my system and have never bin increased all time I've bin on them. I am on amitriptyline 50mg one at night /baclofen 10mg half three times aday/ co-codamol 30/500 effervescent two four times a day/ naproxen 250mg one four times a day.

Hi, I'm so glad your staffie is better, your on a lot of meds, maybe the new doc will have a good look at this and maybe restructure your meds so you benefit more, the specialist told me co cocodomal is no good for fibro! I'm gona start on a low dose of amitryptalin at night for slow release pain and sleep, I'm currently on 60 mg of duloxatine in the morning for moods and pain, duloxatine seems to be helping with the pain
